The Symphonic Series uses the Classic Series cup designs and opens up the throat and backbore negating the need to have a Classic Mouthpiece reamed by hand which can create inconsistencies in playability and tone.
Symphonic Series mouthpieces are completely made on CNC machines creating a precise mouthpiece every time.
Four different cups are available with a 24 backbore.
The Standard Bach mouthpiece comes with a 27 throat or .144'"/ 3.658mm. The Symphonic line offers four larger throat sizes:
26 - .147" / 3.734mm
25 - .149" / 3.785mm
24 - .152" / 3.861mm
22 - .157" / 3.988mm
