Use:
Trim the 12 inch piece of Lip Protector to length as required to fit your braces. Place the middle of the cut section over the braces on your two front teeth. Using your fingers, smooth the Lip Protector toward your back teeth. Some trimming may be required.
Care:
Clean with warm, soapy water and rinse with cold water. Air dry.
